Previous Lesson: Set Up Your Service Reminder Letter
To set up a service reminder against a property go to the customer page and click the green Plus icon circled below. The Magnifying glass next to the plus icon will show you any service reminders already stored against this customer.
Select the date you wish to set the reminder for. Select a service type from the drop down menu.
Then select a means of communication. Remember, if you are dealing with a Tenant property, this communication will go to the Agent, not the Tenant, as it is the Agent that is your Customer. To learn how to send a reminder to the tenant on the agent's request, click here.
Also be aware that SMS and email will only appear if these fields have been completed.
