Below is an explanation about the outstanding jobs page, what the filters show you and how best to use it
All outstanding jobs:
If you enter a job in the system and don't invoice, free of charge or abort the job then it will continue to appear in this outstanding list. Simply click on the job to bring up the job details and click 'Create Invoice'. Select 'invoice' 'free of charge' or 'abort' to complete the job and move it into the customers history (which will remove it from the outstanding jobs list).
Why are some jobs highlighted in Green?
The green highlight on the outstanding jobs list indicates that the job has been completed (on a mobile device) and therefore needs invoicing. Click on the job description and click to create the invoice. Once the invoice is created, the customer will no longer be marked green.
Outstanding jobs without diary events:
All jobs that have not been invoiced, free of charged or aborted and have no diary events booked in the past present or future.
Outstanding jobs with diary events:
All jobs that have not been invoiced, free of charged or aborted and have diary events in the past present or future.
Outstanding jobs without future diary events:
All jobs that have not been invoiced, free of charged or aborted and have not got a diary event booked for the future. These jobs might never have had a diary event booked for them, or they might have had a diary event booked in the past.
Outstanding jobs that need booking into the diary:
These are all jobs that have been rejected, aborted, left or marked as no access on the mobile device. As such they need rebooking into the diary.
Outstanding jobs that need invoicing:
These are all jobs that have been completed on the mobile device. If a job was completed and invoiced on the mobile, it will not appear in outstanding jobs. If the job was labelled free of charge when completing, it will not appear in outstanding jobs. If the job was labelled feedback only, it will appear in Outstanding jobs that need invoicing. Notice that all of these jobs will appear in green. These jobs will appear highlighted in green when they appear under different filters as well.
