Why can't I add jobs on my mobile?

If you cannot book jobs on your iPad, iPhone or Android Device it is because of your mobile settings.


On the pc, go to Your Business > Employees

Click on the engineer's name to open his details.

Open the Mobile Settings tab 

Ensure that the box labelled allow engineer to create diary events is checked

Click Save

Your engineer will now be able to enter events into the diary
