Job actions act as a 'to-do' list.
An engineer on site will raise an action when a part needs to be ordered.
This will then appear on all office staff (anyone with PC access) screens in the bottom left corner.
When the office person clicks on this icon it will show them a list of actions that need their attention.
They will be able to complete the action (in this case by ordering the part) and delete the action indicating its been done.
They will then create another action indicating when the part will arrive making sure to change the first date to the date when the part arrives.
When the part arrives the office person will delete the action from the list and rebook the job.
