How do I set up Job Confirmation Defaults

You can set up Job Confirmation defaults so that you do not have to select an option when raising a diary events. If you set up a default for job confirmations, you can always change this for each individual job if needs be, when raising the diary ebvent

To set the default, go to General > Preferences > Jobs/Invoicing Module > Job Confirmation Default

Here you can set up the defaults

Click Save.

This will only effect new diary events, all diary events that already exist will not change.
