Once an engineer has 'arrived' at a property, click into the job.
Click the 'options' button in the corner of the screen and you should see 'New Certificate' as an option. If you don't see this option it could be down to one of two reasons:
1. You don't have the certificate module turned on. In this case ring Commusoft support and ask them to switch on this module, note there may be a cost associated with this, please ask the support team for information.
2. If you do have the certificate module turned on, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to troubleshoot further.
